Our restaurant offers spectacular views through the French windows south to northwest across the pond to the main parts of the Žďár Hills, there are also two terraces in summer. Anyone can use the services of our restaurant, taste the lunch and evening menu, or organize a social event with us.
Hotel guests have a choice of accommodation with breakfast, half board or full board, the restaurant offers hotel and non-hotel guests a menu for lunch and dinner. On request, especially for corporate events, we can prepare anything according to the guests’ wishes and the possibilities of the hotel kitchen.
Our wine list features wines from GOTBERG Winery, located near Hustopeče in the Mikulov wine region. The winery cultivates its vineyards with respect for nature and is proud to hold organic (BIO) certification. Since 2010, it has been producing high-quality predicate wines exclusively from its own grapes. The regular success of its wines at international competitions is a reward for the care and dedication invested in every bottle. The Gotberg winery building itself is an outstanding example of modern winery architecture.
We also offer wines from VINOFOL Winery Novosedly, a family-owned winery founded by Pavel and Richard Foltýn. Since 1992, they have built a modern winery equipped with all the necessary contemporary technology. For their premium wine ranges, VINOFOL uses only grapes of guaranteed origin from 120 hectares of its own vineyards located on the slopes of the Pálava Hills.
For beer enthusiasts, we serve draft beer from the renowned Pilsen brewery.
